What is the maximum/minimum length of Flowtite Pipe that I can specify? |

| A. | Because Flowtite Pipe is produced using the continuously advancing mandrel process, the length limitations for gravity applications are theoretically only limited by what can be transported. For pressure applications, pipes can be manufactured up to 40’ lengths to be practical for hydrostatic-testing. There are distinct advantages for ordering pipes in non-standard lengths such as 16 or 24 foot section. These lengths allow for more footage of pipe to be shipped on one truck, potential limitation of number of joints on a project as well as offer the possibility of maximizing field production. |

| Q. | What are the advantages for the contractor to accept pipe lengths greater or less than 20’ lengths? |

| Q. | Can Flowtite Pipe be used in potable water applications and is there any special handling of the pipes/gaskets/lubricant required? |

| A. | Flowtite pipe and gaskets are NSF 61 Certified for potable water applications. You can visit www.nsf.org to view the latest list of NSF Certified products. Although the pipe lubricants that we supply with our pipes are manufactured by other vendors, we ensure that the lubricants are also NSF Certified. |
